Maximum deposit and swap with 2 ICX remaining #663
Description
Let's change two things to prevent people from dropping below 1 ICX.
1.) Deposit as collateral - when a user deposits collateral, let's have the maximum leave 2 ICX in their wallet, right now it's 1
2.) Swap to sICX - when a user clicks "100%", let's have it leave 2 ICX in the wallet, right now it's 1
