SIP-over-QUIC

Would be cool to see SIP-over-QUIC implemented in baresip.

Sip over QUIC would be an interesting direction for baresip.

That said, i think the biggest challenge is interoperability.
Sip-over-QUIC is still not widely adopted by mainstream SIP proxies, SBCs and user agents, so it would probably make sense as an "experimental" transport, rather than a default/core feature.

Implementation-side, i guess this would not be a small patch/change.
It would likely require changes in libre's SIP transport layer, account, transport parsing, etc, creating an integration with a QUIC library and a dedicated test suite.

So yes, very interesting, but i would see it as an experimental rather than a default feature (for new)
