Fix broken links to GetAttestationOptions

What changed? Why?

This was referencing an old name GetEASAttestationOptions which has since been renamed and resulting in a broken link.

How has it been tested?

1. npx mint dev
2. Open http://localhost:3000/onchainkit/identity/get-attestations
3. Click GetAttestationOptions (at bottom of page, and in returns for GetAttestations())
4. See link is broken before, and fixed after
