Deepcore Quarry v4.77.0

Machine screens now open on the first tap. Machines within a few blocks of you get their screen ready ahead of time while your hand is empty, so tapping one opens it straight away instead of saying "Tap again to open the screen". To keep lag low, only the 12 nearest machines around each player are kept ready, and they go away when you walk off, hold an item (so blocks still place against machines and tools mine them normally) or sneak (so sneak + tap still opens the settings form). Pipe filters, the Power Meter and the Deepcore Crafting Table are unchanged. Nothing saved changes. Also in 4.76.0: Deepcore Chests on a network now store tools and items with their own data: enchanted, damaged or named items, enchanted books, charged batteries and other items with lore. Each one keeps its enchantments, damage, name and lore, shows on its own in the Network Terminal (search finds it by its name too), and comes back exactly as it went in. Drop or shift-click them into the Network Terminal, or put them straight into a Deepcore Chest. They always go into Deepcore Chests: crates, pipes and network orders only use plain items, so an order never eats your enchanted pickaxe. Brand new tools now go in as plain items. Armour is still handed back, because a trim on it can't be saved, and so are items that hold something (shulker boxes, bundles, books, maps, potions); the action bar says why. A broken Deepcore Chest drops these items with their data. Existing worlds and chests load unchanged. Also in 4.75.1: Tanks are now steel tanks with a window on the front, and tanks that touch look like one big tank: the walls between them go and their windows join into one, with one level gauge. Tanks side by side show one lava level, and a joined group turns to face the way most of its tanks face. Ender Tank: right-click a ring on its lid with a dye to colour just that ring (a dye on a side still colours the next ring). The Ender Tank keeps its old look. Saved tanks, contents and Ender channels are unchanged. Also in this build (4.74.0): Batteries now pass power through. Machines, quarries and Network Cores take the power they need first, and a battery only stores what is left over, so a low battery between your generators and a Network Core no longer cuts the core off while it refills. A charging battery also never takes more than its cables carry. Mined batteries no longer show the extra "dqb:" line in their tooltip; batteries mined on older versions keep their charge. Also in 4.72.0: Other add-ons can now plug their food and furnace recipes into Deepcore (GitHub #9). Food from another add-on can count as [Raw food] or [Cooked food] in pipe filters when that add-on tags it, and other add-ons can teach the Electric Furnace their own furnace recipes (for example carrots into roasted carrots); the Robit, On demand furnaces and network orders use those too. Without such an add-on nothing changes. Also in 4.71.2: HOTFIX: tanks are back. Since 4.69.1 every tank (Tank, Steel, Deepcore and Ender Tank) failed to load in game, so they were missing from the creative menu and placed tanks disappeared. The tank blocks are back to their 4.69.0 model; tanks still join into one store and fill evenly, but the glass between joined tanks shows again. Machines and tanks whose block fails to load now keep what they hold instead of losing it. Also in 4.71.1: The filter screen's side button (pipes and Network Export Cables) now shows the picture of the machine or chest on that side, and still says what it touches. Also in 4.71.0: New block: the Network Export Cable, so the network processes items by itself (like an export bus). It joins Network Cable; put it against a machine and tap it with an empty hand to set a filter for that side. It takes what the filter allows from network storage and puts it into the machine, and sends what the machine finishes back into the network. Example: a Crusher set to [Ores] + [Raw metals], a Washer set to dust, a Purifier to clean dust and an Electric Furnace to pure dust turn every ore that reaches the network (from a Tesseract, a pipe or a Terminal) into ingots. A machine that only touches an Export Cable is not joined to the network, so orders never take it; storage is never fed. Up to 32 items a second, no power. Recipe makes 4: Network Cable, Hopper, Network Cable / Network Cable, Basic Circuit, Network Cable. Also in 4.70.0: New machine: the Mob Grinder. It hurts the mobs in front of it slowly, 2 health (1 heart) a second each, for 10 power per health (a zombie takes 10 seconds and 200 power; Efficiency Chips cut the power). A Basic one reaches the block in front of its face; Range Chips (Steel and Deepcore) widen that to 5 x 5 and 9 x 9. It picks up the drops into its 9 slots and sends them to a touching chest, a pipe side set to Input or Output, or its Crate Network over Network Cable. When the slots are full and nothing takes them, it stops. Named mobs, pets, villagers and bosses are never hurt; sneak + tap to turn it off or set hostile mobs only. Basic, Steel and Deepcore tiers like the other machines. Also in 4.69.1: Joined tanks now look like one tank. Where tanks of a group touch side by side at the same height, the glass, corner posts and frame trim between them are gone, so the glass and the lava or water run straight across, with one level gauge for the row. Breaking a tank puts the glass back on its neighbours. Stacks keep their top and bottom plates, and Ender Tanks never join. Also in 4.69.0: tanks at the same height in a group fill and drain evenly, and lava already sitting in one tank spreads to its neighbours. Also in 4.68.0: The network no longer fills empty crates. Items you shift-click or drop into the Network Terminal, Deposit, pipe in, or that orders make go into crates already holding (or locked to) that item, then into Deepcore Chests; an empty crate stays empty until you tap it with an item or lock it. If there is no room, the terminal gives the items back. Also in 4.67.0: Tanks that touch are now one big tank. Tanks, Steel Tanks and Deepcore Tanks side by side or stacked (any mix) share what they hold: three Deepcore Tanks hold 192 buckets, and a pipe, Lava Pump, Magma Generator or Obsidian Generator touching any of them reaches all of it. Stacks fill from the bottom, each tank still shows its own share through its glass, and a mined tank takes its own share with it. A tank holding the other fluid (lava next to water) stays on its own, and Ender Tanks never join. Existing tanks keep what they hold.

Works on Minecraft Bedrock 26.30 - 26.60.

New block: the Network Export Cable, so the network processes items by itself (like an export bus).
