CNAME support for accounts (e.g. companyname.fizzy.do)

I did a quick search and didn't see anyone asking for this. What would the appetite be for adding CNAME support so that we could have our account level boards be addressable as companyname.fizzy.do instead of fizzy.do/0123456?

There is the overhead of TLS that would be taken on by Basecamp infra, but this may be something that could be a good paid option.

I was going down the road of self-hosting purely for this capability and then switched back to the SaaS version.
