Add hypr looknfeel.conf to .config

I changed the looknfeel.conf gaps to 0 and the border to 1 and think that omarchy might now be perfect. Any easy way to make this stick?

add the conf file to ~/.config/hypr and then just source it at the end of ~/.config/hyp/hyprland.conf
