Replacing Mako

I think we should replace Mako with SwayNC since it has a notification center

I solved this by disabling notification timeout. This way all notifications remain visible until you dismiss them.

Add: default-timeout=0 in ~/.config/mako/config

Note that this will be lost on theme change, see #3830

you are free to do what you want. DHH already said he doesn't need a notification center, so omarchy won't get one.
