Add monitor layout switch keyboard bind and entry to omarchy menu

Description

It would be useful if Omarchy included a built-in way to quickly switch between common monitor layouts.

Currently this requires writing a custom script using hyprctl keyword monitor and manually creating keybinds. Since Omarchy already provides curated defaults and a menu system, this could be a convenient feature to include out of the box.

Proposed feature

Add:

1. A keyboard shortcut that cycles through common monitor layouts.
2. A corresponding entry in the Omarchy menu to select a layout directly.

Example layouts:

• Mirror
• Extend
• Display 1 only
• Display 2 only

Why this would be useful

• Common workflow for systems with multiple monitors
• Avoids every user re-implementing a similar script
• Integrates nicely with existing keybind descriptions and menu entries

Possible enhancements (optional)

• Automatically detect connected monitors
• Show the current layout via notify-send
• Expose layouts individually in the menu for direct selection
