Omarchy doesn’t officially support running on top of CachyOs, or running alongside other DE’s like KDE. One reason issues may arise in the case of e.g KDE is because Omarchy forces gnome-keyring. Of course, it can simply be removed and kwalletd can be executed from .config/hypr/autostart. However, irritating notifications due to gnome-keyring’s absence then appear. Same for disabling e.g fcitx or waybar. I believe that with the addition of lua to hyprland, there should be an omarchy.conf file that to specify flags that enable/disable certain features, or replace modules with user-specific ones.
