Fixture test improvements #138
Description
In the beginning, there were only a few fixture tests, and they were intended as example tests that are not provided to users as part of the examples directory.
Since this is no longer the case, and the fixture workspaces serve a bigger role, we should treate them like first class citizens, namely:
- Redirect their approval output to their own folders, to avoid name collisions
- Most of the files they generate can be discarded, so we should gitignore them to clean up PR reviews.
