Add support for "source-only" comments

It would be nice to have the ability to add comments in the source files, that will be removed from the output script.

If implemented, all the instructional comments in the library files should use this comment syntax.

Proposed syntax: `## double hash`, and captured with the regex `/^\s*##/`.
