* New --format=json output with structured findings, summary, and metadata
* Auto-detection via laravel/agent-detector (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex,
  Devin, Replit, Augment, Copilot, etc.)
* LARASCAN_AGENT_MODE=1 for manual override

* Published workflow now uses --only-failed for less noise
