Hi Geografin, In principle it is possible to compile on linux (I managed before), but it is quite involved and not well supported at the moment. Good luck, and please post any issues you encounter! |

hi, i'm a co-maintainer of EasyBuild, and we're also very interested in getting LISEM running on Linux, specifically on HPC clusters. getting LISEM into EasyBuild would make your software available to a wide range of users and researchers. i've managed to get all the dependencies installed. how much work would it be to port this to Linux? |

Just some notes while trying to install on a relatively fresh xubuntu 23.10:
actually libinsighttoolkit5-dev already installs a lot of qt5 stuff, so maybe qt5 is redundant. gives this error: line instead of normal However, OTB 7.0.0 needs to be manually compiled. For this: |

Hi, LISEM community members!
I would like to use and run LISEM on linux without any interface (it should be possible, as PCRaster is nicely working on Linux).
I am rather experienced PCRaster user, so the specific language logic is clear.
Does it exist a common way to use it on linux (I don't see it in downloads, so probably not) and what would you advice me to begin with?
Should I compile the model from scratch and then develop utilities to manage .map format data or I should take windows version and use it without windows interface?
