Seems just Mistral Vibe. I ran with TOAD_LOG and it does look like Mistral is sending a response. I'll investigate.

I tried toad v0.6.11 and vibe v2.4.2 but the issue remains.

Odd one this. I can reproduce it if I run "toad", but not when I run "uv run toad". It should be the exact same code.

Turned out to be an issue with the Typeguard library. Still unsure where the fault is, but pinning Typeguard to an older version fixed it for me.

Should work with v0.6.12
