MLP should warn before ignoring width or depth keyword argument

Regarding networks.mlp.
If widths (tuple) is not passed, and either only width or only depth is passed, the current implementation does not warn about ignoring the passed argument.

@LarsKue Let's discuss this. Also, currently specifying different widths as a tuple errors when using residual=True.
