How to code discrete bounds of parameters?

This tool is very useful. But I have a practical problem I don't know how to solve. When I set the bounds, there are some parameters whose bounds are discrete. For example, the bounds of parameter "x1" are (1.5, 2.4) and (3.1, 5.6). How can I write my code to accurately represent the interval I want？

I have a problem with the range as well. For example, 'x': (11,20) I want only integer values from 11 till 20, is this possible?
