Web Center Content (WCC)

Document Management uses WCC as the repository for all documents uploaded as for the Natural Resource Sector. It is a unified repository that houses unstructured content (data). WCC consolidates content from diverse systems so that it can be centrally managed.

Update WCC Configuration for <APPLICATION_ACRONYM> e.g. DMOD

  1. Add <APPLICATION_ACRONYM> roles to the "ExternalRolesView". The following roles need to be added
  • <APPLICATION_ACRONYM>.READ_FILES - read-only access
  • <APPLICATION_ACRONYM>.UPDATE_FILES - read-write access
  1. Create the WCC folder for the Application.

An RFC is required to be submitted inorder for the Infrastructure to setup the folder location. Sample RFC
