Features

• New arg --app-version to specify the tag of the app's Docker image to use. Default value is latest. ( Specify app versions #35 )
• New flag --phpmyadmin. If it's set, phpmyadmin will be included in the app's Docker network, otherwise not. Technically a breaking change, because prior behavior was to always include PMA, but Docksible is still in beta stage. ( phpMyAdmin option #50 )
