v0.1.12: Claude 4 real pricing + Gemini 3 series

We've just released v0.1.12 with two important things: price corrections for the Claude 4 family, and the new Gemini 3.1 lineup.

Claude 4 corrections (the big one)

The previous dataset had Claude 4 models using old Claude 3 Opus pricing ($15/$75). The actual Claude 4 pricing from Anthropic's docs:

Gemini 2.5 Flash is a hybrid reasoning model with thinking budgets, which explains the output price: $2.50/Mtok output (was $0.60). Input: $0.30/Mtok (was $0.15).
