Super Beginner Install and Setup?

Is there a place I can go for some insights on a super ultra beginner installation and setup? I've done Docker stuff before, and I've installed self-hosted libraries solutions before. But this one is not coming together for me, and it seems to be over my head.

I followed the instructions here: https://github.com/benjaminjonard/koillection/wiki/docker-installation

And I tried a few different ways with a few different configurations. Nothing worked. It looked like the databases just kept stalling out and/or crashing.

I know it's me and that I'm missing something. Is there a breakdown anywhere? Some super basic documentation?
