So the common directory setup is :
- /ECAT/code -> this Git repository
- /ECAT/data -> the directory receiving stimation data
- /ECAT/imgReal -> the directory contains subdirs of pictures
- /ECAT/imgTest -> the directory contains subdirs of pictures
Optimized for Windows, but also works on Linux and Mac
MATLAB : R2011a or superior
Octave : GUI not available, Class definition (StimTemplate) is made for MATLAB but not for Octave
