There is a CLI version of the Berty app, which is called Berty Mini. You can find a little quick start here: Berty Mini, appart from the CLI version there is no real computer program for the Berty Messenger.

A desktop app will make berty much more useful in my opinion. specially for communication between teams and orgs.

That is true, but there is still a whole lot to do with the app before it works great, and the team is small. So splitting priorities over even more platforms would only make everything develop slower.

Your promise "works on any device" falls a bit short without clients for Linux and maybe Windows and MacOS.
So Kudos for closing that gap... some day :-)
But understand your point from above.
