Fix the static Linux worker build used to deploy Codex-capable Mantle workers.

  • Correct the GNU/musl statfs field type mismatch while preserving the verified-tmpfs requirement for volatile diagnostics.
  • Build all three static worker binaries in CI so this target cannot silently regress.
  • Retain the Codex integration and updated setup documentation introduced in 0.1.0.

Validation: all 187 top-level Rust tests and 336 native ESS scenarios passed, along with the actual x86_64-unknown-linux-musl release build for mantle-egress, mantle-launch and mantle-worker.

This is an early source release with source archives and no prebuilt release binaries. Real ChatGPT device login, authenticated model/tool turns and complete live lifecycle parity remain unverified. Codex uses the same Substrate terminal transport as Claude, which may retain terminal output.
