Is Polyscope safe to use with Claude Code?

Polyscope looks awesome, and I'm super excited to try it. But I'm also nervous. I'm a Claude Code user, and I've seen all the drama with users having their Claude accounts banned for using 3rd party tools like Open Code.

Is it safe to use Claude Code in Polyscope without fear of having my Claude account banned?

I was just coming to ask this. Anthropic's ToS specifically says:

OAuth authentication (used with Free, Pro, and Max plans) is intended exclusively for Claude Code and Claude.ai. Using OAuth tokens obtained through Claude Free, Pro, or Max accounts in any other product, tool, or service — including the Agent SDK — is not permitted and constitutes a violation of the Consumer Terms of Service.

Is this opening a terminal in background and puppeting the Claude/Codex CLIs?
