Possible fix to #107

  • Add removeCR option to replace orphan CR before postcss is run.
  • Updated readme
  • Added tests that assert both the error (with removeCR inactive) and the fix (with removeCR active).

The bug in sass has been fixed but there is no indication of when it will release.

Will merge this in the mean time.
