For supporting min token, the following changes are added.
Firstly, new transaction types a) mini token issue, for supporting issue mini tokens, b) tiny token issue, for supporting tiny tokens, 3) list mini token, for listing mini and tiny tokens, and 4) set token uri, for supporting token uri updates, are created.
Secondly, new restful queries are also added for querying mini tokens, markets, orders, klines and so on.
