- Add Laravel 8.3 and necessary dependencies to Dockerfile
- Refactor models for handling permissions and roles
- Update composer.json and sync actions for roles and permissions
- Remove spatie/collection-macros dependency
- Refresh tests to rely on the model resolution instead of Artisan command
- Refresh command to display the progress with components
