I want to put my program to do in the maximum 3 martigales and after that stop

There are two ways you can do this.
If you know ( and I guess you know :) ) the initial stake and the multiplier, you can do something like this :

in this example the initial stake is 1 and the multiplier is 2.5. In the logic section you must enter a value that is bigger then your second step and smaller then the third one.

Or you canmake a count of unsuccesful trades, example :
