Higher Lower Bot with ''Market Filter" ?

Can anyone make this particular bot below?

I would purchase this, but have been 'stung' in the past - and also it mentions that this bot "a market filter system, that can find smooth trends and smooth tick points movement." ?

Does Bot Binary actually have this installed to program it into a user bot? or is it fake marketing?

i don't advise use a bot like this. You risk $10 to win $0,5. If you lose one time, you need to win 20 trades. If you lose 2 trades in a row, you need to win 40 trades. This will never be profitable in a long run.

Besides that, the guy on the video is using a virtual account, of course he don't trust the bot to run on real account.
