Changes:
This PR includes changes for New signup flow for EU users as part of New DIEL EU signup flow
project.
The key changes with this project are:
On signup, clients selects their country of residence and citizenship and create a password. A demo account is created in the background.
Real account creation is triggered where users can select their currency , provide their details.
The clients are allowed to make one time deposit.
After the deposit, clients are asked to verify their account by providing POI and POA.
Users are allowed to create their MT5 account without being verified.
