Flatpak Version: Converting Large Files and Changing the Temp Folder
To successfully convert large files using the Flatpak version of ACBR, you may need to change the default temporary folder. The Flatpak sandbox's default one is often restricted in size, which can lead to conversion failures when processing large archives.
- Change the path: In the ACBR Preferences, go to the Advanced section and change the "Temp Folder" path to a location on a drive with sufficient free space.
- Check Permissions: Make sure the folder you choose is one the Flatpak has permission to write into. If not, you'll need to grant access manually before selecting it. You can do this using Flatseal by adding the folder path under the Filesystem section for ACBR.
