Kagerou v0.7.1

What's changed

• First release that 0.7.0 can download and install from the sidebar
• Added a "Skip to content" link, the first thing Tab reaches
• Focus ring is drawn at full opacity and shows on the active sidebar item too
• Disabled switches look disabled: an empty track with an outline
• Group panels are announced by their name to screen readers
• Buttons, badges and switches no longer animate their size
• Removed the unused move_profile and reorder_profiles commands (nothing in the app called them)

Installing

Bundles sing-box as its proxy core — nothing to install separately.

These builds are not notarised. macOS may refuse to open the app; clear the quarantine flag it adds on download:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Kagerou.app

Windows SmartScreen will warn for the same reason — choose "More info", then "Run anyway".

The Windows portable.zip needs no installation: unpack it and run Kagerou.exe. It needs the WebView2 runtime, which Windows 10 and 11 normally already have.
