add merged seeds

These are merged seeds produced with ./test/fuzz/test_runner.py qa-assets/fuzz_seed_corpus -g --m_dir /target/.

Can you run du -sh /target/? It should be empty, because -g and --m_dir can not be combined in that way.

-g will generate in the qa-assets dir, --m_dir will merge from the /target/ dir.

Also, it doesn't have to be called /target/ exactly ;) bitcoin/bitcoin#20759

Also, if you plan to keep running your jenkins for a longer time, it might be better to submit seeds only once every two weeks or so.
