API V3 place-bid issue

Hello, I am trading using bitkub API.

This time, when upgrading to version v3, place-bid and place-ask orders were created with new endpoints.

In the case of place-ask orders, the response was confirmed.
(After checking the balance, it worked normally.)

However, an invalid user error occurred for place-bid orders.
(error code 9: Invalid user)

I sent an email to the technical team but no response.
how can I solve it?
