Bitwarden Safari extension can not fill credit card successfully

Describe the Bug

I tried to use Bitwarden browser extension to fill the credit card info, it worked well on Chrome, but did not insert info well on Safari

Steps To Reproduce

Just try to add a credit card on Bitwarden website for different browsers, I tried Chrome and Safari

Expected Result

Chrome can successfully insert number, date and cvv, but Safari can only insert wrong number

Actual Result

• Browser: [Chrome Version 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (x86_64), Safari 14.1.1]
• Build Version (go to "Settings" → "About" in the app): [Version: 1.51.1]
