BlackBerry official release

A release includes new functionality above and beyond the previous release that was planned with BlackBerry Product Management. These builds are fully tested and approved by BlackBerry for release. Example - VSPluginInstaller_1.0.exe

Open Source build

BlackBerry will provide external developers with a build script that can be used to build the Visual Studio plug-in using the source in GitHub. (add link to Dave’s document)
