[Config Support]: Pre/Post Capture NW for Alerts/Detections

Describe the problem you are having

I can't seem to get Pre or Post capture working with my config. I've checked previous issues and everything is set as specified but it still doesn't seem to make a difference. I've set up a test file to troubleshoot in the config below.

The preview GIF appears to show the few seconds before but when clicking on the event in review it starts playing from the exact moment the object was detected, not before as specified in Pre Capture.

Pre and post capture adjust what is recorded, it does not change what opens when you view the UI

I see. Can this be considered a feature request then? My use case is I don't want to track every person in the front_path_close or front_path_far zones but to enter the front_doorway they must pass through either. I'd still like to see the approach to front_doorway as part of the review event as that zone is very small and the resulting clip is quite short without it.
