Hello everyone!

Is there a way to highlight or prioritize a specific camera in the web interface? The idea is to trigger this via a curl command from an ESP32 device. The ESP32 would send this request when an external alarm is activated. This way, the camera in the same area as the ESP32 would automatically take priority on the viewing screen—perhaps using Birdseye or another feature.

No, this isn't supported in the Frigate UI directly. However, you may consider using Home Assistant and the Advanced Camera Card. I switch to a display of my cameras on my tablet on various triggers.
