Release of the current Helm Chart

The latest version of the Helm Chart in the https://blind-oracle.github.io/cortex-tenant/ repository is 0.4.0. Can you please release the newer versions of the Helm Chart?

Hey, you can make a PR that adds new chart version, I don't have much experience with them. Currently 0.4.0 is what we have in the repo
