Keyboard shortcut to jump to bottom of scrollback?

Hello Blink Team,

I’m using Blink Shell on an iPad Pro (M4) with the Magic Keyboard, running the latest iPadOS and the latest Blink version.

I often scroll up in the terminal output, and I was wondering whether there is any keyboard shortcut (or configurable shortcut) to jump directly back to the bottom of the scrollback — i.e. to the current prompt — without using touch/trackpad scrolling or clearing the screen.

I have tried the usual candidates (Esc, Ctrl+C, Cmd+↓, End, Page Down, etc.), but none of them seem to exit scrollback and return to the bottom when using an external keyboard.

Is there a built-in way to do this that I might be missing, or is this currently not supported in Blink?
If it’s not supported, I’d like to ask whether such a shortcut (e.g. “jump to bottom of scrollback”) could be considered for a future version.

Hey Reto, thanks for the message. We currently do not support that but it is a great idea. A shortcut or key within the software keyboard. I am redoing some things with the SW keyboard, so will figure out how we could add this. Moving to ideas.

BTW: Usually a Terminal also jumps back down to the commandline as soon as I type any character into the terminal window.
