ScreenCopy allows you to copy text, Latex formulas, and QR codes through taking screenshots on macOS saving recognized elements to the clipboard.

Given the application is not signed on macOS, when attempting to open the app for the first time you may be unable to do so.
If you encounter this, run the following command after dragging the application into the /Applications directory,
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/ScreenCopy.appor enable the app from the System Settings Privacy menu.
The first time you use screen capture, macOS may ask for Screen Recording access. If access is denied, enable it in,
System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording
Then reopen the app.
