USER_AGENT now appends an optional, sanitized CLAWROUTER_CLIENT env tag
so upstream can attribute traffic to the launching host — e.g. the
Hermes plugin sets hermes-plugin/<version>, yielding
'clawrouter/0.12.199 hermes-plugin/0.3.x'. Standalone use unchanged.
