[IE] Extra input problem

Every things works nice but there is one problem.

In Internet Explorer when I add extra input field to the upload form, value from this element is not sending.
In Firefox Opera and Chrome I can recive POST but Internet Explorer have some problems.

Tested on Internet Explorer 7.0.6001.18000

I'm sorry, but I cannot confirm this issue.
I just tested adding

to the example form and it was sent as POST parameter to the server also when using Internet Explorer (tested with IE versions 6, 7, 8).

I know where is problem.
I use jquery to setup this value in this form but in IE form is submit by " uploadForm.get(0).submit();" then values inserted by jquery are ignored i tried $(field_id).val('my_value'); and $(field_id).attr('value','my_value'); but nothing helps.

Defaults values these from html are submitted not these from javascript.

Do you have any ideas how to send this form with values from js?

To add additional form input values programmatically, you can make use of the formData setting. I just pushed a new version that supports the formData setting for file uploads in IE (legacyUpload).
The formData setting should be an array of objects with name and value attributes, like the return value of jQuery's serializeArray, or a function that returns such an array:
