v1.5.0 - Library of maladies

• Implements a disease and poison library. An example module containing community-use content can be found here. To enable the icon, open the Library window and check the box for "Maladies" and load the module.
• Adds an on/off toggle on each player's disease list which switches the auto saves from auto-roll to announce in chat (and vice versa)
• Fixes tab key behavior when moving between fields on disease sheet
