v1.2.3 - PC toughness

• PC's toughness feat is now included automatically. If you have already added hp for toughness, remove them before adding this.
• Fix for NPC Toughness parsing
• Code documentation improved for easier modification
• PF bug report thread only suggested for incorrect HD information if ruleset is PF1e
