v1.7.5 - Improve spell failure ux

Instead of rolling when the spell is marked off (which removes it from the list for prepared casters) it now rolls when you click the cast button. This is much more appropriate and is what I had hoped to do originally. Thanks to Kelrugem for pointing me in the right direction!
