v3.0.0 - Better extraplanar containers and coin weight implementation

I decided to begin doing away with the two-columns approach to coin tracking in favor of a new inventory item called Coins which has the appropriate weight and total value and can be moved into a bag of holding to leverage the automation of such items or marked 'not carried' if no coin weight tracking is desired.
Speaking of the automation of bags of holding and other supported containers, this is now much more feature-complete. Item sheets for these now show how full they are. Weight in excess of the item's max weight capacity is added to the item's weight and a chat message will be posted to remind you that RAW the bag has broken and all contents are lost.
