open(transaction type, URL)

Create a new transaction.
transaction_type <const char*> GET or POST URL <const-char*> the complete URL eg. HTTP://www.somedomain.com/path?parm1=abc&parm2=def
open returns true of transaction_type is valid and the URL is valid format.
open will initiate an asynchronous connection.
readyState will be readyStateOpened (1) after successful open.
