  No, Mumble comes with a working Positional Audio plugin, you can just join the Mumble server of your
  clan/favourite server and start playing.

• As a server admin, what are the requirements to run MPAF?

  You need to have access to the Ice interface on your Murmur server. In order to run the builds from the download section, make sure you have OpenJDK7 installed(Java 7!), you can check this via the command shell: java -version
