`class` on `<form>` Element

It looks like bootstrap_form_for doesn't allow setting classes on the form.

1. Investigate further to confirm if this is the case.
2. Determine if the underlying Rails method allows setting additional classes on the form (it looks like a class is added to the form).
3. Decided if something needs to change.
4. If so, change it.
